IT HR Recruiter

Experience: 1+ Year

We are looking for an IT HR Recruiter with around 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, experience in IT recruitment, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and candidates.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and other requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding requirements, candidate profiles, interview schedules,



and feedback.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
- Maintain and update candidate and recruitment status in internal trackers.
- Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment/HR recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Excellent English communication skills , both verbal and written.
- Strong client communication and coordination skills .
- Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals is preferred
