Key Responsibilities

- Recruit housekeeping staff, service boys, property managers, and chefs/kitchen staff.

- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.

- Handle employee relations and resolve HR-related issues.

- Conduct performance management and employee welfare activities.

- Manage payroll and employee benefits administration.

- Coordinate with different departments to maintain a positive work workplace.

- Visit multiple properties to address staffing issues and provide on-the-ground HR support.
