What You’ll Do:

Own end-to-end hiring across E-commerce, Q-commerce, GT & MT roles

Hire for roles like Ads Specialists, Marketplace Managers, Sales & Growth teams

Source top talent via LinkedIn, Naukri & other platforms

Conduct screening interviews & coordinate with hiring managers

Ensure fast closures & quality hiring

Manage offer rollout & onboarding experience

Who Should Apply:

Atleast 1 of experience in recruitment, administration and Operations

Experience hiring for E-commerce / Digital Marketing / Sales roles is a big plus





Strong communication & negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
