Role: HR Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with founders and business leaders to build a high-performance culture, strengthen people capabilities, and enhance the overall employee lifecycle across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive a solid performance culture through goal setting, accountability, and continuous feedback.
- Lead structured performance review cycles and feedback processes across teams.
- Coach and enable managers to become effective people leaders.
- Identify capability and skill gaps, and design learning and development initiatives.
- Support employee growth through career development and succession planning.




- Partner with business leaders on key people decisions and align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Strengthen onboarding and improve employee experience through regular 1:1s, engagement initiatives, and Rewards & Recognition programs.
- Drive employee retention by proactively identifying and addressing people-related risks.
- Use HR data and analytics to track performance trends, generate insights, and support informed decision-making.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in non-IT organizations is preferred.
- Strong expertise in:
- Performance management and review cycles.
- Learning & Development and capability building.
- End-to-end employee lifecycle management (onboarding, development, engagement, and retention).
- Experience collaborating closely with founders or business leaders on people strategy and organizational decisions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use HR metrics and performance data to drive insights.
- High ownership mindset, bias for action, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
