The company primarily serves delivery riders partnering with platforms such as Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, and similar services. Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the hub to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Monitor and manage EV fleet, vehicle availability, utilization, charging, maintenance, and inventory.
- Coordinate with riders, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Handle rider queries, operational concerns, and escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage crowd flow and rider movement within the hub while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to operational processes, safety standards, and company protocols.
- Track key operational metrics and identify areas for improvement in hub productivity, fleet utilization, and delivery performance.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for EV charging, maintenance, repairs, and other fleet-related requirements.




- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting of hub operations, fleet status, inventory, and other key metrics.
- Support and lead the hub team to achieve daily operational targets and maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of last-mile delivery operations.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in fleet management, logistics, hub operations, or last-mile delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to handle operational challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple operational activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in logistics management software, fleet management systems, and other operational tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet operational deadlines.
- Ability to manage teams, coordinate with riders, and handle escalations professionally.
- Familiarity with the EV ecosystem, electric vehicle fleet management, or last-mile delivery operations will be an added advantage.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, high-pressure, and target-driven environment.
