Key Responsibilities:

- Review claims processed by the team for correctness and completeness. • Serve as SPOC for stakeholders addressing inquiries and providing updates. • Guide the team of processors and oversee their performance. • Analyze claims to identify trends, detect potential frauds and areas of Improvements. • Diligently attend to escalation • Publishing reports to leadership on performance metrices • Maintain Proper documentation of processes and cross skilling of resources • Ensure SLAs & KPIs are consistently met.

MDM Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Excellent understanding of core process step and impact thereof • Excellent process knowledge of Employee Data Management. • Ability to properly research, identify, and document a system defect • Good understanding of various Systems/ applications being used to process • Ability to understand :- o the client administrative environment o the various Systems being used to process a participant issue o Workflow Management • Basic understanding of MIS • Good understanding of Service level agreements.

Quality Control - HRO

Role Responsibilities •Robust understanding of end to end cycle of H2R (MDM, Employee benefits, Talent Acquisition, Statutory audits) •Lead end-to-end Quality Control operations •Ensure adherence to CTQs (Critical to Quality parameters), SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements. •Review audit findings, identify quality gaps, and recommend corrective actions. •Adherence of daily audits are being performed and reported out to internal and external stakeholders •Prepare RCAs,



5Whys for the errors with strong preventive action •Ensure all team deliverables are completed in due time and compliant to relevant standards and policies and reported accurately •Ensure compliance to all SLA and KPI targets •Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities •Handle internal reporting, adherence to SLAs •Exceed daily / weekly / monthly targets on Teams TAT and Accuracy

Talent Acquisition

Role Responsibilities:

1 Manage recruitment activities including sourcing support, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding and post-joining induction coordination. 2 Manage employee master data transactions including company structure, new hire/rehire, personal and job data changes, payroll-related updates, separation and full-and-final inputs, as applicable. 3 Review candidate and employee information for completeness and accuracy and coordinate correction of missing or incorrect information before processing. 4 Manage large volumes of candidate and employee transactions while meeting defined turnaround time, accuracy and service-level requirements. 5 Support end-to-end Hire-to-Retire activities covering onboarding, payroll inputs, employee engagement, employee relations, HR policies and separation support. 6 Address candidate and employee queries through appropriate research, communication and workflow management as per approved procedures. 7 Prepare pending reports, dashboards, MIS, SOPs and operational presentations for process governance. 8 Complete approved mass uploads and maintain supporting records and audit trails for employee data changes. 9 Conduct periodic employee-data audits across relevant systems and coordinate resolution of validated To Schedule an Interview:
