The HRIS Specialist will work on day-to-day requirements and closing the request or issues on the HRIS Application (Adrenalin Max 2.0) by troubleshooting, network interface, APIs, maintenance, any configuration required etc.
- Knowledge on configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting the HRIS.
- Design and Implement interface between HR systems and IT applications.
- Provide expert assistance to users.
- Preparing of HRIS related reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge in compensation structure and statutory deductions.
- Part of implementation of HRMS/HRIS within the organization.
- Conduct testing, training, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the system is
fully functional.
- Ensure that the HRMS/HRIS meets the organization's requirements and objectives.
