What You'll Be Doing (and Why It Matters):

- Finding the Right People: You'll use your resourcefulness to find talented candidates, understanding that each person you find could be a game-changer for our team.
- Getting to Know Candidates: You'll be the first point of contact, conducting phone screens and getting to know candidates beyond their resumes.
- Making the Interview Process Smooth: You'll coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved.
- Helping Us Improve: You'll contribute to our recruitment strategies, bringing fresh ideas and helping us find even better ways to hire.
- Supporting HR Administration: Assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records,



and handling basic HR inquiries.
- Contributing to Employee Engagement: Help with organizing team events and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Assisting with HR Projects: Support the HR team on various projects, such as policy updates or training programs.
