Position: HR Executive – Student Placement & Career Services

Location: Sayajigunj, Vadodara

Organization: Baroda Institute of Technology (BIT)

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate student placement and recruitment activities.
- Communicate with companies and recruiters regarding job opportunities.
- Schedule interviews, placement drives, and recruitment events.
- Screen and share student resumes with employers.
- Maintain placement records and recruitment reports.
- Support students with career guidance and interview preparation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and placement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
