What would you do?
- The Employee Relations Admin Senior Analyst provides advanced operational and subject matter support for employee relations activities for clients in the travel and aviation industry. The role manages complex and sensitive employee relations cases across travel and aviation workforce populations in APAC, ensuring consistent application of policies, regulatory compliance, and high quality case outcomes.
- As a senior practitioner, this role supports case governance, quality control, and continuous improvement within employee relations operations in a highly regulated and operationally critical travel and aviation workplace.
- Design, develop, implement and manage business solutions within Workday s HCM Tracking Library focusing on the talent and performance management data and aspects of an organization. What are we looking for?

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources,
or a related discipline.
- Shift Timings
- Must be flexible with respect to shift timings. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage complex and high risk employee relations cases including investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and escalations across travel and aviation operations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for employee relations processes, policies, and case administration within travel and aviation workforce environments.
- Review and validate employee relations case documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support resolution of escalated employee relations issues and provide guidance to Analysts and Associates.
- Conduct quality checks, audits, and root cause analysis on employee relations cases and recommend corrective actions.
- Contribute to development and maintenance of work instructions, process documentation, and controls within employee relations operations.
- Collaborate with HR, legal, and operational stakeholders to support effective and timely case resolution.
- Ensure confidentiality, data protection, and security of employee relations information in line with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge Skills Requirements
- Strong expertise in employee relations processes, HR operations, and case management.
- Ability to interpret and apply HR policies, employment legislation, and procedural guidelines accurately.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills for complex and sensitive cases.
- Ability to mentor and provide operational guidance to junior team members.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred: Experience supporting travel and aviation industry employee relations, regulated workforce environments, or large operational organizations.
