HR & Administration Executive / Manager – Vrinda Ayurveda
Location: Delhi NCR
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–5 Years
About the Role
Vrinda Ayurveda is looking for a responsible and people-oriented HR professional to manage recruitment, employee coordination, HR processes and day-to-day workforce administration.
The ideal candidate should be capable of building a structured, disciplined and performance-driven work culture while ensuring smooth coordination between management and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
- Recruit suitable candidates for sales, telecalling, business development, marketing, clinic and administrative roles.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, joining documents, HR policies and employee files.
- Conduct employee induction and coordinate training.
- Define and monitor KPI/KRA-based performance for employees.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and maintain performance records.
- Handle employee grievances, discipline and workplace concerns professionally.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, incentives and salary-related documentation.
- Develop and implement HR SOPs, policies and processes.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and performance.
- Monitor punctuality, attendance, productivity and workplace discipline.
- Support employee engagement, retention and team-building initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management.
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, HR Operations or Administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and employee-management processes.
- Comfortable handling sales/telecalling and operational staff.
- Good organisational and documentation skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace and preferably HR/CRM software.
- Should be mature, professional, organised and capable of handling confidential matters.
- Experience in Healthcare, Ayurveda, Wellness, Hospitality, Retail or D2C businesses will be an advantage.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience + performance

Pay: ₹9,461.18 - ₹25,000.00 per month
