About the Role

XCEL Corp is looking for a Junior HR – IT Recruitment to support our growing technology hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should be interested in recruitment, have good communication skills, and be willing to learn and work in a quick-paced hiring environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and technical positions
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidate profiles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and other channels
- Use basic Boolean search techniques to identify relevant candidates
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, notice period, and other requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess communication and suitability for the role
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain candidate information, recruitment trackers, and daily activity reports
- Support offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future requirements

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in HR recruitment, IT recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field




- Freshers with a strong interest in IT recruitment may also apply
- Basic understanding of IT/technical roles and skills preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sourcing, follow-up, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with targets and manage multiple requirements
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in an onsite, 6-day work week environment

Education

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred
- Graduates in HR, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or other relevant fields may also apply

Role details Location: Bangalore, India (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: 0–2 Years

Schedule: 6 Days/Week (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
