General Purpose

UCAM is looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across its business verticals, including candidate sourcing through Naukri, Zoho Recruit, and LinkedIn, screening, interview coordination, recruitment MIS, and onboarding support to ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.

Main / Essential Task

- Candidate sourcing through Naukri, Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn, and job portals.
- Understanding manpower requirements and job descriptions.
- Candidate screening and telephonic interviews.
- Shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinating VC and F2F interviews.
- Scheduling central tests and technical assessments.
- Manpower consultant and recruitment agency coordination.
- Updating candidate status in Zoho Recruit.
- Preparing recruitment MIS and trackers.
- Coordinating candidate approvals and offer processing.
- Candidate follow-up for joining and documentation.




- Supporting onboarding and induction activities.
- Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies.
