ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our dynamic recruitment team and help connect talented candidates with leading organizations. Youll handle endtoend hiring for IT and NonIT roles, ensuring smooth coordination and excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and social media.

- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines.

- Build robust relationships with hiring managers and clients.

- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and reports.

- Support walkin drives and ensure smooth interview flow.

- Handle candidate queries and followups professionally.

Eligibility

- Qualification: Any degree / PUC

- Experience: Freshers or up to 6months experience in IT / NonIT recruitment

- Languages:



English with Kannada / Hindi / Telugu / Tamil / Malayalam (any combination)

- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills are a must.

- Salary: Based on current experience and communication skills (approx.2.5–3LPA)
