Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Delhi, Pitampura

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Handle multiple vacancies and achieve hiring targets.
- Assist with offer and joining formalities.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Experience with job portals will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000/month, depending on experience and interview performance. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
