Pravaayu Speciality Clinic is a leading Ayurveda center focused on providing holistic healthcare solutions. We are looking for an energetic and proactive individual to join our team, who can drive partnerships and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) activities to bring in more walk-ins and expand our network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand hiring requirements from various departments and create effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Handle offer rollouts, onboarding formalities, and documentation.




- Maintain good candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or HR internships (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with hiring tools, job portals, and databases.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
