·Primarily looking for Experience in Client Recruitment (Not in In house Recruitment or HR Operations). Sales or FMCG Recruitment experience is highly preferable.
· People who have not worked on Sales Profiles may please excuse.
· Handling end to end Recruitment activities from sourcing to joining of the candidates with the client company and responsible for hiring various Sales talent.
· Manage and maintain data pipelines, huge excel databases and connecting with clients and having constant follow up with candidates to schedule their interviews.
· Proficient on working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
· Ability to source profiles from various portals without wastage.(Naukri, Linkedin, Linkedin Recruiter, IIM Jobs, Indeed)
· Being super-active on Social Media Platforms (Linkedin / Facebook etc) and able to source candidates through them.
· Excellent communication skills / comfortable with connecting with candidates at different seniority levels.
· Well-read and in the habit of keeping him / her abreast with all the key happening / terms / trends in the industry.
· Keeping a constant check on revenue targets and strategize accordingly.
· Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and growing setup.
We deal in white-collar jobs and are primarily focused on Banking / NBFC / Fintech / IT / FMCG and Automobile segments.Prior experience in Social Media hiring will be a plus.
Those who are willing to join the office in South West Delhi (Dwarka) and are willing to work on Saturdays (half day) - needs to apply.
