Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic, goal-oriented HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will learn the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and help source, screen, and select qualified candidates for various BFSI roles across our client network.

Key Responsibilities

- Candidate Sourcing: Leverage job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), campus drives, and social media channels to source entry- to mid-level BFSI candidates.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' communication skills, background, and fit for specific financial roles.
- Interview Coordination:



Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients; follow up through every stage of the process.
- Database Management: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate talent pipelines.
- Offer & Onboarding Support: Assist with pre-employment verification, offer letter issuance, and candidate onboarding processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Psychology, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- Valuable interpersonal skills with a keen interest in talent acquisition.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Mindset: High energy, quick learner, ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced outsourcing environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
