Recruitment Specialist

Location: Hyderabad – Head Office

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle Sales Hiring, with preference for candidates who have hired for the Healthcare Industry.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Drive offers, follow-ups, and candidate closures through Day 1 joining.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Work closely with business teams to understand hiring requirements.
- Take ownership of hiring targets, TAT, and closures.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in Sales Hiring preferred; healthcare industry experience is an added advantage.
- Robust sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong ownership and result-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
