Job Summary

Khushbu Auto Finance Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Officer – Fresher to join our HR team. The candidate will support recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance, employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, references and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Support the complete recruitment and onboarding process.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, HR files and documentation.
- Assist with joining formalities, induction and employee orientation.
- Maintain attendance, leave and employee-related records.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding HR requirements.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Handle basic employee queries and provide necessary HR support.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS using MS Excel.
- Support payroll-related data collection and coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.




- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the senior HR team.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
- Good coordination, follow-up and time-management skills.
