HR Recruiter –

Position: HR Recruiter / Recruitment Executive

Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Experience: 0-6 months

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with the concerned departments.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews and candidate feedback.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
- Maintain proper recruitment records and prepare regular hiring reports.




- Support other HR activities as required.

Requirements:

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Positive knowledge of sourcing and screening candidates.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and recruitment portals.
- Candidates should be Mumbai-based and comfortable travelling to Chembur.

Pay: ₹9,460.90 - ₹30,853.89 per month
