Hiring for HR Recruiter - Day Shifts

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: Day Shift

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Eligibility Freshers

- Only 2025 & 2026 graduates are eligible.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of the recruitment process.
- Strong interest in HR / Recruitment.
- Candidates currently pursuing any course are not eligible.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: 13,000 In-Hand + Performance-Based Incentives Salary Revision: Performance-based hike after 3 months.

Eligibility Experienced Candidates

Candidates with any of the following experience can apply:

- BPO Recruitment experience.
- International Voice Process experience.
- HR Recruitment internship experience.

Salary: 15,000 20,000 In-Hand + Performance-Based Incentives Salary Revision: Performance-based hike after 3 months.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, databases,



references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and assess basic eligibility.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain valuable candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
