HR Recruiter – Non-IT Recruitment

Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end non-IT recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed & other portals .
- Screen CVs and conduct telephonic interviews .
- Manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines.
- Handle salary negotiation, offer coordination & follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and candidate records.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of recruitment experience , preferably non-IT.
- Strong sourcing, headhunting and screening skills.
- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements.
