Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for open positions.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding current hires.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role.
- Strong understanding of Candidate Sourcing techniques including Job Boards, Social Media, Employee Referrals etc. .
- Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with Hiring Managers & other stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in using Placement Software's like Naukri.com etc.
