Bonitaa Skin & Hair Care is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with recruitment experience in the aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetology, skin & hair care, beauty, or related healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Doctors, Therapists, Branch Managers, and other clinic positions.
- Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, skilled networks, referrals, and other channels.
- Prior experience in recruiting Doctors, particularly for aesthetic/dermatology-related roles, is required.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with management.
- Manage recruitment for multiple clinic locations.
- Follow up with candidates and ensure timely joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.




- Support recruitment drives and hiring activities as required.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetology, skin & hair care, beauty, wellness, or related healthcare industries preferred.
- Experience in Doctor recruitment is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong communication, sourcing, screening, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and locations.
