ll Do

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and business development roles. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels. Conduct high-volume cold calling and candidate screening. Build a nd maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Coordin ate interviews, follow-ups, offer rollouts, and joining formalities. Drive c ampus recruitment initiatives and build relationships with colleges. Track d aily recruitment numbers, conversion rates, and joining targets.* Proacti vely maintain a talent pipeline to support business growth.

3 months of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Sales r ecruitment experience is highly preferred.
- Campus recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
- Basic k nowledge of hiring platforms and job portals is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Robust communication, persuasion, and candidate-handling skills.
- Comfort able with high-volume calling, cold calling, and consistent follow-ups.
- A targe t-oriented mindset with a robust focus on numbers, closures, and growth.
- A proac tive, solution-oriented attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
