We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team as a Freelancer.

Payment shall be on successful joining of the candidate.

In this role, you will be responsible for Recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, for a variety of positions across different industries and PAN India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and attract top talent.
- Conduct thorough resume screening and initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.




- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and labor market conditions.
- Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates to build a robust talent pool.
