As part of our recruitment team, interns get the opportunity to gain practical exposure to IT hiring, talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment coordination while working in a skilled environment.

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern - IT Recruitment to join our team. This internship is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in HR, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition, particularly within the IT hiring space. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in understanding the IT recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.




- Understand technical/IT job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and assess basic suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/recruiters.
- Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist the recruitment team with day-to-day hiring activities.
- Learn and support the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree, Postgraduate degree, or MBA (HR/related field).
- Freshers and candidates looking to start their career in HR are welcome.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Interest in HR, recruitment, and the IT industry.
- Good learning attitude and willingness to take responsibility.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
