About Us

Gold Sikka is a 10+ years old brand with 50+ branches across India. We need a strong HR Manager who can handle 200+ employees PAN India.

What You Will Do (KRA):

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for HO + 50+ branches (Gold Appraiser, Branch Manager, Sales Executive, Telecaller)
- Create manpower planning & hiring strategy with Directors
- Build sourcing channels - Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Internal Referrals, Consultancies
- Reduce hiring TAT and cost-per-hire

1. Core HR Operations:

- Manage complete employee lifecycle - Onboarding, Induction, Confirmation, Transfer, Exit & F&F;
- Handle monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leaves for 200+ staff
- Maintain HRMS, employee database with 100% accuracy
- Generate monthly HR MIS reports

1. Statutory Compliance & Payroll:

- Expert in PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act
- Liaison with PF/ESI consultants and handle audits
- Ensure 100% compliance, no penalties

1. Performance & Engagement:

- Design and implement KRA/KPI,



Performance Appraisal System (Quarterly/Yearly)
- Drive employee engagement activities, R&R; programs to reduce attrition
- Handle grievance management, disciplinary actions & employee counselling
- Implement training & development programs for branch staff

1. Policy & Leadership:

- Create and implement HR Policies, SOPs, Code of Conduct
- Lead & mentor HR team of 2-3 executives

- Direct reporting to CEO/Directors

We Need Someone With
- MBA (HR) / MSW is MUST
- 6-7 Years of solid HR experience, minimum 2 years as HR Manager / Sr. HR Executive with team handling
- Must have worked in *Retail / Gold Industry / NBFC / Banking / Multi-location company - (Single location exp vallu vaddu)
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws
- Excellent communication - English, Hindi, Telugu
- Advanced Excel, HRMS, Payroll software expert
