HR & Marketing Senior Manager

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced HR & Marketing Senior Manager to lead marketing initiatives, lead generation, brand promotion, and team performance, while supporting key HR activities. The ideal candidate should have robust marketing, communication, leadership, and client-handling skills with a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business growth.
- Drive B2B lead generation through LinkedIn, social media, outbound calls, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Create and oversee marketing content, presentations, promotional materials, and videos.
- Identify new marketing opportunities, target audiences, and business prospects.
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management when required.
- Track marketing performance, lead generation, and prepare reports.




- Lead marketing team to achieve business objectives.
- Support essential HR activities, employee coordination, and internal communication.

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or a related role.
- Strong experience in lead generation, social media marketing and team handling.
- Excellent communication, client-handling, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, creative, organized, and results-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
