Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to manage our end-to-end hiring process. You will find, screen, and bring top talent to our company. You will also work closely with team managers to understand their hiring goals.Key Responsibilities

- Post job openings on job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals.

- Source active and passive candidates through online databases, skilled networks, and referrals.

- Screen incoming resumes and applications to match job requirements.

- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to check candidate skills and cultural fit.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Manage salary discussions and guide candidates through the offer process.

- Support recent hire onboarding and document collection.





- Maintain clean and updated records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven work experience as 5 years an HR Recruiter.

- Hands-on experience using job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
