Jiyyo Mitra E-Clinic is looking for a dynamic HR Manager who is responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, employee relations, HR policies, training, and exit formalities. The role also includes team handling, coordinating with different departments, resolving employee concerns, maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance, and supporting management in workforce planning and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Manager – Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment – Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
2. Employee Onboarding – Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, documentation, and integration of new employees into the organization.
3. Employee Relations – Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues while maintaining a positive work environment.
4. Performance Management – Monitor employee performance, coordinate appraisals, set performance objectives, and manage improvement plans.
5. Team Management – Lead, guide, and support the HR team to ensure effective execution of HR activities and organizational goals.

Department Coordination – Coordinate with different departments and management to understand manpower requirements and ensure smooth HR operations.
7. Attendance & Payroll Coordination – Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, salary-related documentation, and employee records.
8. HR Policies & Compliance – Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and applicable statutory compliance requirements.
9. Training & Employee Engagement – Identify training needs and organize employee development, engagement, and team-building initiatives.
10. Exit Management & HR Reporting – Manage resignations, notice periods, exit formalities, full & final settlements, and provide regular HR reports and updates to management.

Requirements: MBA or Bachelor's degree in any field.

3-5 years of experience in HR Manager.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a team.
