- Lead the complete HR function for 1,400+ employees.
- Manage and guide the HR executive/team.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning for blue-collar staff, ensuring timely hiring and deployment as per business requirements.
- Manage employee relations, grievances and discipline.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented across all outlets.
- Ensure labour law and statutory compliance.
- Manage attendance, leave, documentation and HR records.
- Drive performance appraisal and employee development.
- Focus on employee engagement and retention.
- Plan and coordinate training and onboarding.
- Support current outlet openings and manpower requirements.
- Provide HR reports and insights to senior management.
- Maintain a strong HR culture and workplace discipline.
- Ensure HR operations are consistent across all Chowman outlets.
- Act as the HR leader and strategic partner to management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
