We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Professional to join our hospital team.

Position: HR Executive / HR Manager

Location: Prashanth Hospitals - Chetpet, Chennai

Experience: Hospital / Healthcare HR experience preferred

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding
- Handle attendance, leave and employee records
- Coordinate staffing and manpower requirements
- Manage employee relations and HR queries
- Support payroll and statutory compliance activities
- Conduct employee engagement and HR initiatives
- Maintain HR documentation and reports
- Coordinate with various hospital departments

Candidate Profile : Previous Hospital / Healthcare HR experience preferred

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Solid knowledge of HR processes and documentation

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently

- Good team coordination and problem-solving skills
