Job Title: HR Manager (Day shift / Night Shift)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage the complete end-to-end HR function of the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Keka HRMS, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Compliance, and Employee Relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing using Keka HRMS, including attendance, leave, salary processing, incentives, and payroll inputs.
- Manage employee data, attendance, leave, and other HR processes through Keka.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for various positions.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, celebrations, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Manage performance appraisal and performance management processes.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR MIS, and reports.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
- Support management in manpower planning, employee retention, and development initiatives.
- Coordinate with different departments for all HR-related requirements.
- Ensure a positive workplace culture and effective communication between employees and management.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end HR Operations.
- Good knowledge of Payroll processing and Keka HRMS.
- Experience in employee engagement and performance management.
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and HR reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to independently manage the complete HR function.
Qualification
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / HR or equivalent qualification.
Preferred Candidate A hands-on HR professional who can independently manage the complete employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to Keka-based payroll, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, employee relations, and exit formalities.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
