Core Roles and Responsibilities

- Recruitment and Staffing: Lead the end-to-end hiring process, including writing job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and welcoming new hires through structured onboarding.

- Employee Relations: Resolve workplace grievances, mediate conflicts, and foster a supportive, inclusive company culture.

- Performance Management: Oversee employee performance appraisals, provide feedback, and coordinate performance improvement plans.

- Training and Development: Identify skill gaps and organize professional learning programs to help employees grow.

- Compensation and Advantages: Manage payroll administration, salary structures, health insurance, and employee perks.

- Legal Compliance: Ensure all company policies and employment practices follow local labor laws and safety regulations.

- Strategic Planning: Partner with executives to align workforce planning and human capital strategies with overall business goals

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
