At Zouk, we believe that building a great brand starts with building a great team. We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and get hands-on experience in recruitment and people operations.

About the Role

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team across campus recruitment,

candidate coordination, interview scheduling and recruitment operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is highly organised, and wants to understand how hiring works in a fast-growing consumer brand.

What You’ll Do

- Support the HR team with end-to-end recruitment coordination for various roles.
- Assist with campus recruitment initiatives, including identifying colleges, reaching out

to placement cells and coordinating campus hiring activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with college placement teams and student

coordinators.




- Coordinate with candidates throughout the interview process and ensure a smooth

candidate experience.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interviewers, managing

calendars and follow-ups.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
- Follow up with candidates and interviewers to ensure timely closure of interview rounds.
- Assist in preparing interview schedules, candidate information and recruitment reports.
- Support the HR team with other day-to-day recruitment and people-related activities.
- Help improve and streamline recruitment processes wherever possible.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with positive attention to detail.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates, colleges and internal stakeholders.
- Good follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and willing to take ownership.
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment.
