Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Gurugram. You will work closely with HR leadership to support recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and onboarding. This is a great opportunity to build practical HR skills in a quick-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidate profiles via job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and schedule interviews.
- Assist with the onboarding process and gather required employee documentation.




- Help organize team engagement activities and internal communications.
- Maintain employee records, databases, and HR documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree (BBA, MBA, or related field).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage sensitive candidate data confidentially.
- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
