Kanojiya Global Apparels is looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations, employee management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Handle PF, ESIC, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure timely completion of HR and company compliance requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Monitor employee performance and workforce requirements.
- Maintain HR documentation, MIS, and personnel records.
- Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning.
- Manage HR-related audits, inspections,



and compliance documentation.

Requirements:

- 8–10 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in garment manufacturing/export houses.
- Solid knowledge of HR compliance, labour laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory requirements.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll, HR policy development, and employee management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Ability to independently manage HR operations and compliance.
