Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our HR team in recruitment and daily HR operations. The role provides practical exposure to Recruitment, Candidate Coordination, Onboarding, Attendance, Employee Records, and HR Administration.

Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Assist with employee joining and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with attendance and leave management.
- Support HR reports, trackers, policies,



and daily HR activities.

Qualification

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR / Human Resource Management.
- Freshers can apply.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication – Mandatory
- Hindi communication – Preferred.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proactive, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Initial Period & Growth 3-month stipend-based initial period. Based on performance, the candidate may be considered for permanent employment with a revised salary.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
