About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle and an opportunity to build practical skills in sourcing, candidate screening, coordination, and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for domestic hiring mandates.
- Source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidate profiles based on job requirements and prepare suitable shortlists.
- Conduct initial candidate calls to understand experience, skills, expectations, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily MIS.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
- Assist with offer follow-ups and joining coordination.
- Support the team in building talent pools for current and future requirements.
- Learn and assist with market mapping, competitor talent research, and headhunting for specialised roles.
