HR Generalist

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: Up to 5 Years

Qualification: MBA-HR with HR Certification is MUST

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, induction and employee documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll inputs and employee records.
- Manage PF, ESIC and other statutory HR compliance.
- Prepare offer, appointment, confirmation, increment, warning and relieving letters.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee grievances and workplace discipline.
- Maintain HR policies, SOPs, personnel files and HR MIS.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for day-to-day HR requirements.

Requirements
- Practical knowledge of PF & ESIC is mandatory.
- Valuable knowledge of HR operations and labour compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English is mandatory.
- Candidates based in Ahmedabad preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
