Key Responsibilities

● Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

● Help with onboarding and documentation of new hires.

● Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.

● Support HR policies and initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws.

● Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

● Handle HR-related queries and provide support in day-to-day operations.

● Contribute to payroll processing and leave management.

● Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

● Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws is a plus.

● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

● Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
