Aptara is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our HR team in Pune.

Location: Pune

Experience: 2+ Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

CTC: 3–3.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR Operations and employee lifecycle activities

Handle onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave and exit formalities

Coordinate monthly payroll processing and payroll inputs

Manage PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus and TDS-related compliance

Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, leave and HR policies

Maintain HR MIS, employee records and statutory documentation

Support employee relations, audits and HR process improvements

Ensure compliance with applicable Labour Laws and statutory requirements





Requirements

2+ years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations

Hands-on experience in Payroll and Statutory Compliance

Good knowledge of Indian Labour Laws

Strong MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll knowledge

Valuable communication and employee-handling skills

Experience in IT/ITES, BPO, eLearning, publishing or services will be an advantage
