We are looking for an HR Executive who can independently manage day-to-day HR activities and support the organization across recruitment, employee operations, payroll, compliance and employee engagement.

Performance & Employee Lifecycle Management Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. ● 1–2 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations / HR Executive roles. ● Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management and payroll coordination. ● Good understanding of basic HR and statutory compliance processes. ● Experience working with HRMS. ● Good communication and interpersonal skills. ● Robust follow-up and coordination skills. ● Ability to handle confidential employee and payroll information. ● Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets. ● Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently and meet deadlines.
