Role -
1. To manage the full cycle Recruitment process, including postings job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes
2. To build and maintain a robust network of candidates for current and future job openings
3. To work closely with Hiring managers to understand the requirement and team needs
4. Provide Regular updates to hiring managers regarding candidate pipeline and recruitment progress.
5. To ensure smooth onboarding process of new hires including Documentation.
