Job Responsibilities. Manage end to end recruitment activates, including sourcing, screening, onboarding . coordinate with department heads and branch teams regarding manpower requirments. handling employee joining formalities and maintain employee records. manage attendance , leave and resolve employee payroll . Ensure proper maintenance of HR files and records. maintain necessary MIS.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be graduate. minimum 4 years of experience in HR Operations. Valuable knowledge of recruitment and HR operations Ability to coordinate effectively with employees and management.
Experience in the automobile industry will be an added advantage
