Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR professional to manage day-to-day human resource operations for our real estate organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee management, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administration, preferably within the real estate or related industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Telecalling, Marketing, Administration, and Site Operations.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and recruitment networks.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, offer letters, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with management and department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR concerns.
- Support payroll processing, salary inputs, incentives, and attendance-related deductions.
- Monitor employee performance, probation, confirmation,



and appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in employee engagement, retention, and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment trackers, and other administrative records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Excel and HR documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of payroll, attendance, and HR policies will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in real estate recruitment, especially sales and site-level hiring.
- Strong coordination and team-handling abilities.
- Skilled attitude, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
