- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.

- Employee Relations
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture at the Ghitroni location.
- Address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts.
- Implement programs to boost employee engagement and retention.

- Performance Management
- Design and oversee performance evaluation systems.
- Provide guidance on career development and succession planning.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Policy Development & Compliance:
- Draft and update HR policies in line with labor laws and company standards.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes.




- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and team-building activities.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
- Manage employee advantages, leave policies, and other compensation programs.

- HR Analytics
- Maintain and analyze HR metrics to improve organizational performance.
- Prepare regular reports for management on HR activities.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
