Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive role based in Rajkot and intended for freshers who are residents of Gujarat. The HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The role involves helping with employee onboarding, documentation, and HR record-keeping to ensure compliance with company policies.

The HR Executive will also support attendance and leave management, basic payroll coordination,



and HR-related communication with team members. The position offers exposure to core HR functions, enabling candidates to build foundational skills in human resource management within the financial services sector.

Qualifications

- Basic understanding of HR concepts such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates, employees, and management.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in handling records and documentation.
- Comfort with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn HR software or systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Readiness to work on-site in Rajkot and eligibility as a candidate from Gujarat.
